Nissan of Santa Rosa

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!!! I received an internet quote that was acceptable (I had received two others but Don gave me the lowest)before test driving the car. I loved the car but wasn't sure that I was going to love the process due to my experiences in the past. Don was able to come through on everything he promised and worked with my budget. This is something I'm not used to from a dealership. Usually, it's "I'm sorry my sales manager says that I can't go that low." Don also is able to do this in a very low key manner which I appreciated. Purchasing a car can be a very tedious and irritating experience. I am VERY pleased to say that this is the first time my experience has GREATLY exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Don's services to anyone who wants a good car buying experience! Ken, the financial specialist, was also a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival home with my new car I received a phone call from him stating that he had been able to find a lower interest rate on my loan. Needless to say, I was pleased with this bit of good news. In this economy every little bit helps so I appreciate all the efforts of the team at Nissan of Santa Rosa and all their efforts on my behalf. I recommend this dealership highly!!!

clarence was very polite, honest, friendly, and above all patient. It was a pleasure meeting him and I am happy with the deal he constructed. Thank you Nissan for having such wonderful employees.

If you are going to buy a car, this is the place to come. My experience was wonderful and I highly reccomend working with Don Harris. Don was friendly, honest and I left there actually liking him.
The dealership itself was clean, organized and the other staff members were friendly as well.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I bought a Nissan Leaf and nearly the entire process was done online. When I actually picked the car up from the dealership I had already completed much of the paperwork ahead of time. David contacted me whenever I needed to submit information or be notified of production/delivery schedule and invited me to test drive the demo car as soon as it came. He was easy to reach and responded to my emails and calls promptly and even picked me up the day my car arrived so my wife wouldn't have to come with the kids to drop me off.

Don by far was the most respectful, curteous, genuine and friendly sales consultant I have experienced at any Santa Rosa dealership. I came with a Mercedes and bought a 2012 Sorento and we couldn't be happier. Don made us feel comfortable and was so helpful and left us without any hesitation in our decision. We are so thankful to have met Don and he should be recognized for his stellar hospitality and sales service, Five Star rating Don!!! I know that coming back for all my future needs I will be taken car of at Santa Rosa Nissan as long as he is around!
